At Redtree Strategies, we drive courageous, passionate, and transformative change while remaining grounded in our core values.
Our Philosophy
Our work isn’t designed to shame, humiliate, or punish anyone for who they are or how they were born. It’s designed to spark courageous conversations that broaden perspectives, deepen respect for each other’s lived experiences, and lead to real, tangible action toward a more equitable, just, and inclusive world.
We move through challenges together, resolving conflict and building stepping stones toward equity.
Through courage, growth, and responsibility, we meet people where they are and walk with them on their journey toward what’s possible.
About Our Founder
Hey, I’m Tanesha “Tee” Williams, an attorney, educator, and founder of Redtree Strategies, and for more than a decade I’ve helped organizations across sectors - corporate, nonprofit, education, and policy build more inclusive cultures, navigate conflict, and lead with courage.
Over the course of my career, I’ve trained hundreds of leaders, facilitated sessions globally, and helped organizations design internal systems that reflect the values they put on paper.
Clients bring me in when stakes are high, when trust is low, teams are divided, or leaders need legal clarity on how to move forward in an increasingly complex world.
Whether it's supporting a CEO through a tough culture moment, coaching a frontline worker through identity-based harm, or facilitating an international dialogue on race and power, I bring structure, clarity, courage, and joy to conversations that matter.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me cycling through the city, cooking plant-based meals, or meeting new people on my travels abroad.
Want to have me speak at your next event? Whether it’s a keynote, panel, or fireside chat, I bring lived experience, legal clarity, and cultural strategy to every room.
Our Clients & Collaborators
From keynote stages to custom strategy sessions, we’ve partnered with mission-driven teams across industries.
What People Are Saying
“Excellent facilitation that set up the group environment to be vulnerable, safe, and embrace discomfort, questions that led to real conversations, and the videos were powerful and sparked individual reflection.”
— Attorney (PRRAC)
“Found that Tanesha was able to present a vast amount of material and speak to complex issues but make them understandable by our own diverse audience… there was fantastic balance between knowledge of academic content and psychology/sociology as well as relatable examples and laymen terms and explanations.”
— Post-engagement survey
“As a social worker, I’ve been fortunate to attend quite a few trainings on diversity, equity and inclusion. I’m grateful for all of them, but this has easily been the best training that I’ve been to. The environment created by Tanesha encouraged thoughtful discussion and the reflection questions were really effective in sparking meaningful discussions.”
